Posing Workshop + LR Crash Course

London Wedding Photography Workshop

Nonsuch ParkWhat a great way to kick off this wedding season with an amazing workshop and super lovely bunch of people who want to improve their photography skills. As much as I absolutely love taking photos I do love sharing my experience and to help others to become better at this photography thing. When I started doing photography I learnt everything online and this proces was super long. These days you can find all the knowledge you are looking for on YouTube but there is no better way to speed up the process of learning than by working with an experienced photographer. After shooting over 200 weddings and done 100+ engagement sessions I found my own way to photograph people that works.

If you want to learn how to get better at not only posing but also how to make people really comfortable in front of your camera this posing workshop is for you. I believe everyone can look good in photos and I can teach anyone how to do it! Weather you are just starting out or are an experienced photographer who needs to look at working with people form a new perspective you have to attend this workshop. Last remaining seats available for June and July . Check my facebook page for more photos from other workshops.

Here are some of my favourite snaps from the day. Massive thank you to cool cats aka The Springles for coming down to model for us. You legends!

Next workshop dates:

 19th September ( 6 spaces left )

Put the volume up and hit play!

Here is a selection of photos from everyone who attended the workshop,  well done everyone!

Great Gatsby Wedding Aynhoe Park

Hui and Ye's Great Gatsby Wedding at Aynhoe Park

Great Gatsby Wedding Aynhoe Park

I'm trying to find words to describe this wedding. Great Gatsby Wedding Aynhoe Park was probably one of the most spectacular celebrations I have been a part of. Hui and Ye put so much effort into every single detail to make the most memorable experience for their guests. Not only beautiful outfits, decor and flowers but, also taking dance lessons to throw a great performance that kicked off the party. It was such an amazing experience to document this special wedding at one of my favourite venues ever. If you have not seen my other posts from Aynhoe Park make sure to visit my wedding photography blog. This whole day was a combined effort of a lot of people who worked very hard to make it happen. Check the list of amazing suppliers at the end of this post.

Big thank you to Rupert Ward-Lewis and his video team, what a legends and a pleasure to work with. Another massive thanks to Anna, driving all the way from Dorset to help out with taking photos. So many cracking shots, can't thank you enough for the support. It was so much fun and I hope we will work again soon!

Tunnels Beaches Wedding

Rebecca and Virga's wedding at Tunnels Beaches

Tunnels Beaches Wedding

I'm so, so excited about sharing this beautiful story of Rebecca and Virga. It was such a magical and perfect day in Devon. One of my new favorite venues ever - Tunnels Beaches. I mean, wow, how cool is that place? When I got there I knew it is going to be special but it surely exceeded my expectations. Incredibly happy vibe right from the start, as it should be on the wedding day. Beautiful and very emotional ceremony to follow with singing speeches and most epic sunset I have ever seen. Being there to document it was so much fun and I can't really call this work. Rebecca and Virga thank you again for having me as your wedding photographer devon, I wish we could do it all over again.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention. This wedding brings something new to Voyteck Photography. It brings VIDEO! Really excited about the next season and giving an opportunity to all my new couples to have their big day filmed and looking a bit like this! Pump the volume up and enjoy!

Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography Nomination

Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography Nomination

All photographers who have been shooting long enough are familiar with the Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography competition. One of the biggest acknowledgements in the industry. Years ago, when I started my adventure with wedding photography, I  never would have dreamt about anything like it. I remember admiring the stunning photos of those who had won and hoped that one day my photography would reach the same level.  I was super chuffed when I found out about my nomination and I'm still pinching myself.

There are so many talented photographers out there and, although I didn't win, being selected to submit my portfolio was such an honour. We all love a little pat on the shoulder and this nomination felt like that for me.  As Daddy Pig says, 'It's not about the winning but the taking part'.

Rangefinder 30 Rising Stars Finalist

Not winning is definitely not a failure, it's a big moment in my career. I'm a very humble person and I don't like to brag about myself but, when I look back to where I started I do feel very proud of what I have managed to achieve. From wonky and overexposed photos to timeless images that my brides and grooms will cherish forever. It was a very bumpy ride with a lot of ups and downs but so worth it. Big Thank you to all my couples who had faith in me, I would never be here without you guys <3

There will be a couple of exciting announcements later this year, I cannot wait to share the news with you all but for now, huge congratulations to all who got nominated - you rock! Cannot wait to see the list of final 30!

It was a great experience to look through my images and think about them again. Quite tough to pick my fav 30, here they are, enjoy!

Hannah and Guy - Wedding Photographer Kent

Wedding Photographer Kent

Wedding season is in full swing and it's so hard to keep up with the blog duties. Today I was reminded that it has been way too long and it's about time I share one of the stories I documented this year. Hannah and Guy tied the knot (literally!) in the middle of a beautiful field, the perfect set up for any Kent wedding photographer.

I absolutely love how much effort they all put in to make this day happen. Amy, you are a legend and I'm so happy I got to spend the day with you there. Here are my favorite frames, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy!

Aynhoe Park Wedding

It was so amazing to shoot at Aynhoe Park again. I remember when I walked in there for the very first time last year. It was truly overwhelming and spending another day there with such great people was really special. If you haven't ever heard of this place before you will love these photos. Get ready for something very different, quirky and visually fantastic. It was a super hot day and wow, working in that heat wasn't easy, but looking back at this photos now is so rewarding. It was a tough job picking my favourite frames but here they are. Garry and Tara, thank you for having me as your wedding photographer Aynhoe Park, I wish we could do it all over again.

Tess and Tom's wedding at Trinity Buoy Wharf

Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Photographer

As much as I love nature, mountains and beautiful views, shooting in an epic urban scene is pretty good too! Here is London at its very best with the amazing industrial landscape. Tom and Tess got married at a super cool venue in Docklands - Trinity Buoy Wharf. Located just by the river it has a fantastic view of The City and Emirates Air Line.

Tom and Tess put so much work into making this awesome place look so good. DIY projects are their passion and I can honestly tell, it was beautifully done! I love all the little details and amazing friends and family effort into baking all those delicious cakes! Yum! As expected, the speeches were great, followed by great music and an epic party. I like a good dancing session and photographing people enjoying a proper boogie!

If you like weddings with a lot of action and energy, then you should see this awesome wedding party clip too!

Tom and Tess, thank you so much for having me as your Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Photographer and enjoy your photos! Look out for the confetti overload, that was my favourite moment, haha! :)

Best of 2016

Wedding Photographer London

2016 was definitely a huge year for me, I was lucky enough to meet some truly amazing people and visit the most beautiful places. It was so much fun looking back through all 37 weddings that I photographed. There are two more to shoot but I just could not wait any longer and had to share this slideshow! There are so many great moments that I have already forgotten and it was great to see them all again.

I have photographed at one of UK's coolest venues - Aynhoe Park - it's still on my bucket list as I would love to go there again! (correction - I will be there twice in 2017, wooohoo) I did my first destination wedding in Spain, been to Devon, Dorset, Wales and shot quite a few in London too :) I have also managed to squeeze in the busy season, a little family holiday with the gang in France, hosted a wedding workshop, got a few wedding photography awards, met so many amazing photographers and took thousands of photos! It has not always been easy to try and get my editing done while having my cheeky monkeys climbing all over me, but wow it was so worth it!

Being Wedding Photographer London rocks, I've one of the coolest jobs out there and I'm fully aware of that.  Here is a glimpse of my best frames from this year. The full blog post with all my favs coming up after New Years! Pour yourself a glass of wine, put the volume UP and enjoy. 2017, I'm coming for you.

If you are looking for a wedding photographer why don't you drop me an email to check if I'm available? Popular dates go fast so be quick, book now!

Dan and Gemma's Hawksmoor wedding in London

Wedding Photographer Hawksmoor

I have absolutely loved working with Dan and Gemma, their wedding was just amazing. This London wedding venue is perfect for any Wedding Photographer Hawksmoor. As with every wedding, there is always a story to be told. It turned out that at the last minute they found out that it was also  the Lord Mayor's Day. It's a celebration of the Mayor of The City of London, each year the show attracts a big audience, the procession involves 7000 participants, 200 horses and over 150 floats that make a walk from the big Mansion House, via St Pauls Cathedral, Royal Courts and back to the Mansion House. What it meant for us? Closed roads and access to the venue just by public transport. Fun times!

Gemma was getting ready for her London wedding at Apex Hotel just moments away from their cool venue - Hawksmoor Guildhall and Dan was with his boys at South Place Hotel. The ceremony took place at 2pm and after a few formals and an awesome outdoor shoot, we went back in for a delicious meal, epic speeches and a lot of dancing! These two look like movie stars and I'm so happy to share this wedding photography blog!  Big thanks to Bart for helping out with creating this awesome photos! Enjoy!

James and Alice's wedding at Union Club

Union Club Soho Wedding

James and Alice got married at my very favorite Islington Town Hall in London. There was a bit of drama while planning their Big Day. 9 days before the wedding, the reception venue had a fire in the kitchen and they could not accommodate them any longer. With massive help from friends and family they very quickly managed to find a new place and it was such a great choice! I think we were lucky that their wedding was on a Friday. Otherwise it would have been pretty impossible to do! The new reception was located in the heart of one of the coolest parts of London - Soho.

The new reception was located in the heart of one of the coolest parts of London - Soho. Union Club is a private members club with awesome character and it's the perfect spot for any photographer. A super quirky place and I loved shooting there, I love how beautifully everything was set up! One last thing that I have to mention is Alice's awesome tattoos. Those who know me well know my love for ink! It was great to finally have the chance to photograph a tattooed bride! James and Alice, thanks for having me as your wedding photographer London, enjoy your photos!
